Acceptance of terms
By requesting or using Archmetrix's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Services provided
Archmetrix provides 3D rendering, BIM services, CAD drafting, and architecture design support on a project basis, with scope and deliverables agreed in each project quote.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, drawings, and files, and for confirming that you have the right to share any materials you send us.
Payment terms
[Pending: confirm your actual deposit, payment schedule, revision, and cancellation policy before this is final.] Project scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full rights to use the final delivered renders, models, and drawings for their intended purpose. Archmetrix retains the right to display completed work as portfolio and marketing samples, unless a written confidentiality arrangement is agreed for a specific project.
Limitation of liability
Archmetrix's deliverables are provided to support your presentations, submissions, and construction, but Archmetrix is not liable for decisions made based on them, nor for indirect or consequential damages. You remain responsible for verifying that deliverables meet any applicable code, permitting, or professional-stamping requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
