Real Estate Rendering & Virtual Staging
Archmetrix produces real estate rendering and visual marketing that helps agents, builders, and developers sell and lease property faster. When a listing is empty, a spec home isn't finished, or a development is still months from breaking ground, we create the images buyers respond to — virtual staging that furnishes bare rooms, photorealistic listing renders, and 360° tours people can walk through from a phone. It's the same 3D rendering for real estate that developers use to drive presales and pre-leases before a shovel hits the dirt. Every deliverable is produced white-label under your brand, with a fixed scope, set timeline, and two revision rounds built in.

Frequently asked questions
Virtual staging digitally furnishes an empty room using photos of the space. We add sofas, beds, rugs, art, and decor so buyers can picture living there. It's far cheaper than physical staging and works for occupied, vacant, or not-yet-built rooms alike.
Yes. For spec homes, presales, and pre-leases we work from floor plans and CAD files instead of photos, building the room in 3D and staging it. That lets you market units and take reservations well before construction wraps up.
Our staging is photorealistic — furniture scaled to the room, lighting matched to the original photo, and finishes that read as real. Disclose digitally staged photos per your local MLS and state rules; we can also label images on request.
For finished spaces we work from 360° panoramic photos; for unbuilt projects we generate the panoramas from your 3D model. Either way you get an interactive tour buyers can open from a link on any phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes. Every image and tour is produced under your brand with no Archmetrix watermark or attribution, so agents, brokerages, and developers can present the work to their own clients as their own.
