We model across the full range, from LOD 100 conceptual massing to LOD 400 fabrication-level detail, and produce LOD 500 as-built models from verified field data. We confirm the target LOD per discipline before work begins so scope is unambiguous.
Our primary platform is Autodesk Revit, with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. We deliver native RVT files and can export IFC, DWG, or NWC as your workflow requires, following your templates and standards.
We model directly from registered point-cloud data to tolerances agreed at kickoff (commonly within a small, defined deviation). The result is an as-built model that reflects true existing conditions rather than outdated drawings.
